Fitted App - Terms of Service

1. Digital Credits

Fitted app credits are digital goods that:

• Can be used immediately after purchase
• Are consumed when creating AI-generated outfit photos
• Have no expiration date
• Cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash

2. No Refund Policy

Why we don't offer refunds:

• Credits are digital goods that can be used instantly
• Once used, credits consume expensive AI processing resources
• The service is delivered immediately upon purchase

This means:

• ✗ No refunds for purchased credits (used or unused)
• ✗ No refunds if you're unsatisfied with generated images
• ✗ No refunds if you change your mind
• ✗ No refunds for accidental purchases

3. Exceptions

We will ONLY provide refunds in these rare cases:

• Technical errors that prevent credit delivery to your account
• Duplicate charges (billing errors)
• Fraudulent transactions on your account

4. Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback for a valid purchase is considered fraud and will result in:

• Immediate account suspension
• Removal of all credits
• Permanent ban from the service

5. Acceptance

By purchasing credits, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this No Refund Policy.
